Besides not dehydrating, what other benefits does drinking water give you? how many glasses of water is recommended? how tall should the glass be?

Eight regular glasses (Two coffee mugs standing on top of each other) will help flush your body from toxins. Keeping well hydrated will help you loose weight.     I’m required to drink about 10-12 glasses of water a day minimum. I had a life-threatening kidney infection that damaged both my kidneys greatly, and the water assists in removing impurities and toxins from my body.

    You don’t need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. You certainly don’t need 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) per day. You don’t need ANY arbitrary target amount per day. That’s an old wives’ tale that has never been supported by any scientific research.
    Drink when you’re thirsty. Period! Don’t obsess over getting X amount!!
