Lose Weight Without Fat Burning Diets
Before putting yourself through numerous fat burning diets, it would be better to understand exactly the role fat plays in your body’s health. It is better to break the fat loss code the first time than to be forever trying to lose 10 pounds fast.
The first thing to understand is that fat is not bad. it is a very efficient method that your body uses to store energy for later use. The next thing is that you need to be eating fat every day. How did I get fat?
So, how did that fat get there in the first place? The problem is, that we have come to like eating more and exercising less. We consistently eat more energy than we need and use less energy than we should.
Because we are fat, we eat extra so that we have the energy, and then sit down in front of TV because we’re tired. We never seem to get around to burning the energy we put in. The result is that the body stores away that extra energy is fat on our bellies, bums and thighs.

An interesting read and although I like many have tried several of the latest diets I have not been able to stick with them for various reasons. My last attempt is scheduled for next month and researchng the latest diets I have heard some good things about the Fat Burning Furnace. Has anyone here tried it and is it any good?
