I bought Pure Cleanse II for 37 bucks, its packed with 25 Herbs, 37 bucks wont break my bank, no I dont work for them and I just eat normal food (minus fast food and minus pop/soda) and it works great, lost weight, still on it though – Im sure I will lose more..

hey i found benzonite is that the same and can i use that instead of azomite? the benzonite i found was already mixed with water at a health food store.

I wan to do the cleanse and I can find all the ingredients apart from one – Azomite!
I live in the UK.
But still all google came up with was a couple of stores that do it regardless of the country.

Movements started …
Movements started about 1 hour the first time and 2 hours the 2nd and 3rd time, lasting for about 6-7hours.
I cant compare this to any other CLEANSE programs because this was my first, but I can say that I didnt out any of those wierd snakelike things from those other detox kits. I only lost like 5 pounds but maybe will lose more if I go for another round or 2 for the month… he did say 3-5 times your first month. Dreading that Castor Oil!

Ok… I’ve taken …
Ok… I’ve taken this cleanse for the last 3 weeks and here is my review.
1)Lemon juice- Ok, bitter but ok
2)Magnesium Oxide- NO problems there.
3)Castor oil-GROSS! I repeat GROSS! worst part of cleanse.Brace urself for this part cuz it sucks!
4)Milk Thistle-No problems
5)Psylium Husk & Azomite-Has a applesauce texture but taste like eating sand with water.
Overall, It is a CLEANSE no doubt, I averaged about 7-8 bowels after taking this first thing in the morning.

no, magnesium the number and “mg” is the dosage, meaning it is 400 miligrams of magnisium oxide, you need 500 so it is a safe bet to say 1 1/4 magnisium oxide 400mg pills will equal one magnisium 500 mg pill. Kinda like pain killers, you can get a vicoden 500 mg for arthritis and vicoden 1500mg for degenerative spinal disks problems, bigger dose=bigger kicking ability.
