Having surgery in March, will walking help me lose weight and get me in better shape?
I am going to have a total hysterectomy in March 2009, due to endo, and irregular cycles. I am slightly over weight. Will walking help me lose some weight, and get me in better shape for the surgery? I will diet also. Or if you have any other suggestions I am open to any and all advise.
Trust me you will enjoy walking. Go slow at first smoothly increase your speed. If you can get into a gym you will experience different machines that you can use as well as weight machines.
I always enjoy walking in the park or at the gym using the machines. An Mp3 player can make these experiences even more enjoyable. I have a lot of music downloaded but I prefer books from Audible.com
Have getting ready for March 09
