Low Carb Snacks – Know of any GOOD low carb snacks, preferably that are also low fat?
I’m in search of tasty Low Carb treats, but would prefer if they are also low in fat. From salty snacks to sweet desserts, I need something to help with my carb cravings.
If you know of any, please list the name (brand). Any other info (price, where you purchased it, net carbs, fat, calories, etc) would be greatly appreciated as well. THANKS SO MUCH! ![]()
Fat free Turkey slices, w/ jalepenoes, rolled up

no carbs(only what’s in the peppers virtually none)
dip in mustard., i’ll eat about 10 of these for a 200 cal, fat free no carbs, snack

and like no fat… well theres some but i dont feel like goin and lookin at the package…
i think its like 97% less fat now or something

those are all good answers.
you would think fruit is low fat, but then there’s the carbs…
so i would snack on veggies, carrots, celery(yuck), pickles…but they have alot of sodium…
just read some labels, there’s alot of things that are low carb and low fat.

Carrots, celery, peanuts,raisins sunflower seeds
Now Jiff has a low carb peanut butter makes a good sandwich with grated carrot and raisins
Try sweet pepper bruschetta or herbed fetta spread on low fat crackers

Try slicing cucumbers and soaking them in plenty of lime juice and adding chili powder to the mix. It will be reaaaally tasty and completely carb and fat free.
