well wut i did to lose lbs really fast was i ate one meal a day(in the middle of the day around 3) and then if i got hungry i drank water (and i had a smoothie a day) and i lost 7 lbs in 1 day!!! no lie!!! and im 13 by the way!!!!

I don’t know how quick it will be but start doing cardio for 20 mins a day and then work up to 30-45 mins and make sure you are eating fresh food like fruit and veggies because they have low fat content. try to read the labels ot any other foods that you eat and make sure there is less than 5 grams of fat and 0 grams of trans fat.

I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on there products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later! Eat only chicken, fish , brown rice, and vegetables. No dairy (cheese, milk, eggs) That means no pasta, no butter, no bread with milk in it. No snacks with dairy like cookies and cakes. Read the labels. If its got dairy, don’t eat it. If you can do this and exercise you can lose a lot fast Oh and no red meat. It takes years to digest, and no pork. The salt content causes u to retain water

I know it sounds stupid and crazy…. but…
DON"T EAT ! or REDUCE your MEAL !
I have been working really hard lately… (It’s kind of labor work..)
and I just drink a cup of milk for breakfast and just little piece of bread for lunch… but I kinda have big dinner to fill up my nutrient….
(I’m no good at this but…)
I didn’t mean to but I lost almost 7 pounds within a week…
My mom tells me not to skip my meal…. but when I get busy or lazy….. I just skip my meal…. and it doesn’t bother me….
So… but I exercise at night before I go to sleep…
(For like 3 min…. haha…. ) but… I feel strong from this quick 3 min. excises.. So… why don’t you try it if you can overcome your hunger.

Drink water water water with a healthy well rounded meal. I promise you’ll see a diff. I take in about 100 oz water daily and it works for me not to absorb any weight. Yeah, it sounds like a lot, but it’s easy to do, actually; only 5 of those 20 oz bottles throughout the whole day
Beyond that, I also don’t use any salt at all, just sticking with all natural herbs and veggies for flavors. egg whites with yummy dill, butter buds…

Exercise sounds like your solution. Running is a great way to lose extra weight. The Nice thing about it is it will naturally classify your physical fitness. If you start to gain weight it means you’re gaining muscle and probably shouldn’t be trying to lose weight. If that isn’t an option there is not really a healthy way to do it.

It’s gonna take about 5 weeks to lose that amount. It’s recommended 2lbs per week. If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio. I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine. It really helped me on my way. There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer. I couldn’t believe how much I got. It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again. I’ve even got my family on this program and it’s working for them too. I found it at http://fitness4u.sitesled.com . This site also has some good free info. Also some downloadable reports.
Good luck with the fat loss. Don’t give up.. you’ll get there.

Um its not quick but it works. exercise and good meals :]. Hah. Ok well for exercise you can jog, or start out walking if you want to ease into it. Or you can do any other kind of cardio like jumping jacks or anything that gets your heart rate up. For the food part, I read that your supposed to eat a big breakfast and smaller meals for lunch and dinner. Oh and dont snack as much. or drink water first if you think your hungry cause then if you really are hungry then eat a little bit.
