Speed Up My Metabolism
“Speed up my metabolism.” This is the mantra that is commonly used by people when trying to lose weight. At first it didn’t make sense but later on I realized how important it was to speed up my metabolism. Breakfast is the worst meal of the day to skip. Your body has fasted for approximately six to ten hours and upon rising it needs to be refuelled.

That is exactly the reason why it is called breakfast in the first place. Skipping meals, especially breakfast, could actually contribute to adding more to your weight by giving you a low metabolism!
When you skip a meal, you will be faced with low metabolism and you become very hungry as a result of not eating. When you eat again you will be inclined to eat more than what your body requires, also your body will be storing the food energy as fat. People who eat a healthy breakfast are less inclined overeat later in the day. This way you won’t feel that your body is fighting against weight loss.

To start your day right, plan for one serving of protein. This could be found in eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt and peanut butter. It is OK to eat two servings of fruit; this helps give you the recommended daily requirement of vitamins and minerals and helps to prevent constipation. Don’t forget your veggies.
During night time, do not go to bed hungry because it could disrupt your sleep pattern and stop you losing weight quickly. If you are hungry, eat a healthy snack. Warm milk or herbal tea (caffeine free) and foods high in the amino acid Tryptophan such as bananas could help induce sleep. It is good to discover a website that has this weight lossinfo. My husband and I are all stressed out right now having to lose over 50 pounds each. My partner needs help but does not want to accept it. I will return and see if they will too, I hope so.
