How much water should I drink?

Drinking and regulating your Water for weight loss is essential.. Too little and you get clogged up with toxins. Too much can flush away all your minerals and can even kill you. Get it right and your body works more efficiently at a cellular level, which means that your weight can normalize. Good hydration also makes you skin look clearer and gives you a glow.

How much water should I drink?

Your body is 65% water so it is the single most important element, after air, for your body to function well. But, more is not better – there have been reports of people going on an extended water fast and killing themselves.

Get your water right and your body works better at clearing toxins out and getting nutrients into your cells. Get it wrong and you get all clogged up inside and all your systems go slow and grind away inefficiently. It is like running your car with dirty, gritty engine oil and then wonder why it breaks down.

Weight loss tips #1 – Keep hydrated

Start the day with 2 glasses of water, preferably bottled or filtered water but any is better than none. Next you can do the usual things like, wake up, wash your face etc.

Through the day, drink a glass of water – not juice, soda pop or coffee – 10 minutes or so before you eat anything. You should be able to easily consume 8 glasses a day like this just doing it a bit at a time.

Speed up any diet

Do not expect results straight away. This is just one piece of the puzzle but you should find that when you combine water for weight loss with the other tips, you will begin ti feel better over the next couple of weeks.

Do not worry about water retention as losing water weight is not a real fat or weight loss and will do you no good or make you look better.

Go and start your Water for weight loss program now by drinking a glass of water now and discover how many flavors are in there.
